PrepMyWeek dynamically parses the full ingredient lists from all selected recipes and consolidates them into a unified grocery list. Ingredients are grouped by grocery store sections (e.g., Produce, Dairy, Pantry) using metadata associated with each item. Duplicate ingredients are intelligently merged, summing amounts and preserving units when possible. Optional items and substitutions are clearly flagged.
